INSUDESIGN is an R&D-driven department committed to delivering specialized and in-depth technical support to clients while continuously advancing research and development in insulation products, systems, applications, and detailed calculation methodologies for various applications
Technical Submission:
- INSUDESIGN provides comprehensive technical submittals, including detailed technical comparisons of various products and insulation specifications tailored to each application, accompanied by application sketches. For each project, detailed technical submissions are prepared in accordance with client requirements.
- INSUDESIGN offers a step-by-step installation methodology with detailed drawings to ensure optimal system performance as per design specifications and client expectations.
- INSUDESIGN develops detailed tender specifications and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for each insulation application.1
- The department also provides extensive technical support for compliance with various codes and standards, such as ECBC, NBC, CPWD, and Green Building requirements. Additionally, INSUDESIGN is actively involved in product approvals, ensuring that all technical documentation—such as technical data sheets and NABL-approved third-party laboratory test reports—is prepared in strict accordance with tender and code requirements
Thickness Design & Optimization:
- Insulation systems are the key factor for energy saving and sustainable environment in HVAC/industrial as well as building application. INSUDESIGN® app is developed for design and optimization of insulation thickness for Insulation systems. INSUDESIGN® app provides user friendly as well as time saving platform for thickness design.
- INSUDESIGN® covers all application fields like industrial, building & compliance checking of various norms like NBC/ECBC. All solutions are presented with graphical charts or table and it can be saved for record in PDF format.
